Cancellation policy: The client can cancel the project at any time if the quality of the services provided is not up to the standard expected. A 15 days noticed is required. The client is free to cancel the service at any point with no necessary justifications.

Payment policies.

Payments processed through credit or debit cards are made through the Stripe payment platform/gateway, with prior authorization, for payment of post-delivery services. You acknowledge and agree that Stripe reserves the right to decline a transaction for any reason and that, if applicable, neither Stripe nor NOVAKINGS will be liable for any such declined payments. 

Credit card data used for online payment is not stored. NOVAKINGS uses a secure payment gateway provided by Stripe that ensures the integrity of communications using sufficiently secure means (SSL, secure URLs, etc.). 

During the payment process, authentication of the card's ownership will be required through the verification mechanisms of the card-issuing bank. The transaction currency of the services contracted will be the US dollar (USD$). 

Return and Cancellation Policies

In case of a Refund, a payment term of 10 to 30 days can be expected to received the refunds of the funds. Novakings will inform if the refund of the payment has been proceed and will keep complete transparency with the client regarding the process. For cancelation, the equivalent amount owed will be refunded under the same conditions as stated above. 

Funds will be returned to the exact same method of payment, no exceptions.
